After a certain time at night, like 10 pm, they just leave the lot unattended and leave the exit arm up. The first time I left without paying, I didn't even know I was supposed to pay. Then I found out that there is a drop box you're supposed to leave your money in. Even after I found out, I still left without paying a few times.
