I’m a totaly holiday failure – I have never sent holiday cards. When I was dating, I said I would when we were engaged. When we were engaged, I said I would when we were married. When we got married, I said I would when we bought a house.

I guess I just don’t care.

I recently stumbled across your blog and love it!

I’ve decided (I think? Unless I decide to change my mind in the next few days) to forego the Christmas cards as well this year, but every time one comes in the mail, my heart breaks a little more.

I pretty much chalk my lack of cards this year to sheer laziness. I just wasn’t in the mood, but I do plan to resume sending them next year. Maybe.

Don’t worry about it. If you decide that next year you want to send cards again, go for it. I don’t send cards every year, but I plan on sending some this year.
