Oh I get this! While driving my daughter and grandson back to CA from NY last November (or was it October?) we hit Mountain time zone the night we had to "Fall back" - we were so screwed up we had to call the hotel front desk to find out what time it was, twice. Each time they replied with the time of day and the time zone. And our cell phones kept going back and forth an hour until we were about the middle Nevada. What is the purpose of DST again? That is too funny. My husband and I just got back from honeymoon – Hong Kong, Shanghai & Beijing (12 hrs ahead of Toronto), then Napa/San Francisco (3 hrs behind Toronto), then back to Toronto, where this past weekend we sprung forward. WTF!!! However, I got these AWESOME sleeping pills, knocked me right out and took the bite out of wicked jet lag. Hope you feel better soon.
