I ran for the first time in oh? maybe 9 months or so? After a weeks vacation and far too many smokes. But Mr. and I made it about 2.5 miles with some walking breaks in between. We're shooting for an early October 5k. Those Chicago restaurants are KILLERS to the best laid plans though. Krista – Musta been the thing to do yesterday.
